M.J. Tires & Wheels uses the most efficient methods of order preparation and shipping available to deliver your products fast and hassle free.
We offer the following methods for shipping your orders.

Shipping Methods:
Standard — 3 to 7 business days
Expedited — 2 business days
Express — 1 business day

Holidays:
All timelines shown on our website are counted in business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted on any timeline.
Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us within 30 days of your shipping confirmation e-mail.

If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at 855-948-3500 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.

Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All returns are subject to inspection by a M.J. Tires & Wheels returns specialist and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.

Orders that are picked up at one of our distribution centers are only eligible for immediate return or exchange on the same day they are picked up. After that time, orders must be reviewed by a returns specialist before an exchange or credit is provided. Allow 2-3 business days to process the credit. Please call 855-948-3500 to make arrangements.
